Personal Fitness Training

What is personal fitness training?

Being a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) enables me to perform individualized assessments and design safe, effective, scientifically based, and individualized exercise and conditioning programs for people with no medical or special needs, or who have been medically cleared for exercise. I will design strategies specifically for you that can have dramatic results and a lasting impact on preventing and treating the consequences of chronic disease and musculoskeletal dysfunction leading to a happier and healthier life. Are you ready to take that step today?

Why is personal fitness training so important today?

Because staying physically fit and eating healthy is one of the best forms of preventative medicine. Also, advances in technology are growing at an unprecedented rate and affect almost every aspect of modern life, leading to more people neglecting physical activity. I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals using an integrated training system that addresses all components of health-related physical fitness while using scientifically recognized training principals. An integrated training approach to exercise represents the inclusion of the following forms of training:

  • Flexibility and mobility

  • Core strength and stability

  • Cardiorespiratory (cardio)

  • Balance

  • Plyometrics

  • Speed, agility, and quickness

  • Resistance training
